Gordon Ramsay

Gordon James Ramsay is a big name in the cookery industry and features among the top 10 chefs. He was born in Johnstone in Scotland on November 8, 1966 and inclined towards cookery when he was 19 years. Gordon Ramsay is the only chef in U.K. to be rewarded a sum of ten Michelin stars. Prior to getting the offer from Aubergine restaurant in the year 1993 for the designation of the head chef, he worked in London under Pierre White and Albert Roux and Joel Robuchon and Guy Savoy in Paris. Charlie Trotter

Charlie Trotter was born September 8, 1959 and is based in Chicago. Post graduating from the University of Wisconsin in political science, he endeavored into the cookery industry in 1982. Besides being a celebrity chef, Trotter is even a television celebrity, restaurateur and author. Apart from sharing his unique recipes in the cooking show named “The Kitchen Sessions with Charlie Trotter” he has penned down 14 cookbooks and 3 management books. In the year 2005, Charlie Trotter was honored by the International Association of Culinary Professionals with the award of the Humanitarian of the Year.
